By accessing or using our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  1. Our services are offered to you on the condition that you accept these Terms and all related policies.
    By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms or our policies at any time.
If we make changes, we’ll post the updated version on www.squaredots.com.au and update the “Last Updated” date above.

You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly.
Your continued use of our services after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Definitions

  • Contractor: Square Dots, operating under the laws of Australia and Victoria.
  • Customer: A person or business purchasing our services.
  • Agreement: The contract between Square Dots and the Customer, including these Terms and the relevant Invoice.
  • Services: Monthly creative design plans as described on our website and in your Invoice.
  • Additional Services: Services ordered separately from our standard monthly plans.
  • Business Day: Any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in Australia.

4. How We Form an Agreement

  • These Terms are considered an offer by Square Dots to provide services.

  • The Agreement begins once you make full payment for your Invoice — this counts as your acceptance of the offer.

  • By paying, you confirm that you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

  • No physical signature is required. The Agreement is valid in electronic form.

5. Scope of Services

  • Square Dots may approve or decline service requests at its sole discretion.
  • We may engage trusted third parties to help deliver our services.
  • Each task within your plan is completed individually, based on the requests you submit via Trello or email.
  • We work Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. AEST, excluding public holidays.
  • You’ll receive access to a Trello board where all tasks, feedback, and deliverables are managed.
  • Please review all delivered files within 2 days and let us know if corrections are needed.
  • Files remain in Trello for 1 month; after that, they may be deleted.
  • Upon request (within 1 month), we can transfer original design files to you.
  • If a project extends beyond a month due to changes or delays from your side, an additional month’s fee applies.
  • 3D and HTML development are not part of our monthly plans but can be ordered separately.

Subscription Terms

  • By paying for the first month, you start a monthly subscription.

  • Your card will be charged automatically each month for the plan fee listed on our website.

  • You can cancel your subscription by emailing us or sending a Trello message at least 3 days before your renewal date.

Pausing The Agreement

  • You may pause your subscription once every cycle, for up to 7 days, only during the third month of your subscription.

  • You must give us 3 business days’ notice before pausing.

  • Pausing does not change your renewal date; the paused days will be added to your final month.

Workload and Output

  • Design work is limited to 3 hours per day for each active monthly plan.

  • This limit may be adjusted by mutual agreement.

  • While we strive to provide high-quality work, minor errors may occur. Please proof all files before use.

6. Rights and Responsibilities

Square Dots Agrees To:

  • Refuse work that violates any laws.

  • Suspend or end services if payments or obligations aren’t met.

  • Terminate this Agreement at any time, with applicable refunds if eligible.

Square Dots Has the Right To:

  • Provide services as described in your Invoice and within agreed timeframes

  • Keep all customer information confidential.

Customers Have the Right To:

  • Pay invoices in full and on time.
  • Provide all necessary information for us to complete your tasks.
  • Not disrupt or interfere with Square Dots’ systems or software.
  • Keep confidential any private information shared by Square Dots.

7. Time and Material Packages

  • You can purchase a fixed number of design hours (“Time & Material” packages).

  • Hours are valid for 3 months from the payment date and are non-refundable.

  • Unused hours after 3 months expire automatically.

  • These hours apply only to design work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Payments

  • Service fees are set by Square Dots and listed on our website or agreed upon via email or chat.

  • All payments must be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

  • Services are considered paid when funds reach our account.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 3 days before renewal.

  • Onboarding days count toward your subscription but may extend the final month so you receive full value.

9. Service Acceptance

Service approval is handled through Trello or as outlined in your Invoice.
Once you approve a task or request a revision, it’s considered accepted.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties:
Our services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees, express or implied, about accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability:
Square Dots will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we were advised such damages could occur.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Square Dots, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from:

  • Your use of our services,

  • Your breach of these Terms, or

  • Any violation of law or rights of a third party.
